POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

CHECK-IN: 4PM

Check-in time is any time after 4:00 PM. We offer Self Check-in, where your Room # and PIN codes will be sent via text and email after completing registration (register here). Please monitor your inbox for reservation details.

We will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number); however, these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Early Check-in: If you require an earlier arrival, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to check availability. Early check-in may be subject to additional fees.

CHECK-OUT: 10AM
Check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact administration by 9:00 AM on the day of departure via [phone/email/front desk]. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Late Check-out Fees: Unapproved late check-outs may result in additional charges. Depending on the time of departure, this may be a partial late check-out fee or an extra night’s charge if significantly past check-out time.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Alaska Frontier Inn will make every effort to accommodate special requests (such as a pet-friendly room, specific floor, or room number); however, these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. If you require a pet-friendly room, we recommend reserving in advance to ensure availability.

Early Check-in: If you would like to request an early check-in, please contact us before your arrival at [insert contact info]. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

SMOKING POLICIES
Smoking of any kind—including tobacco, cannabis, vaping, and e-cigarettes—is strictly prohibited inside the buildings, common areas, and guest rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, (Building sidewalks, Gazebo, Fire Pit area, BBQ areas). 

Policy Violation: A $300 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy. Additional charges may apply for further cleaning or damages. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free.

 

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
Complimentary wireless internet is available for all guests throughout the motel, including guest rooms and common areas. For login details, please refer to your in-room welcome sheet.

ENTERTAINMENT
Each room is equipped with a SMART TV, allowing guests to log in to their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.). DirecTV Satellite/Stream is also available, provided complimentary by the motel.

Reminder: Please log out of your personal streaming accounts before check-out to protect your information. If you experience issues with the TV or streaming services, please contact hotel staff.

PET POLICIES (ALASKA FRONTIER INN)
Alaska Frontier Inn allows one pet per room (under 45 lbs) for $25 per night in designated pet-friendly rooms. Not all rooms are pet-friendly to accommodate guests with allergies, so pet-friendly rooms are subject to availability.

Pet Disclosure & Fees

  • All pets must be declared on the registration form.
  • Guests failing to disclose a pet before check-in will be charged a $160 policy violation fee per incident.
  • Personal pets are not allowed in the main lobby or common areas.

Service & Guide Animals

  • Service animals recognized under the ADA are welcome but must be disclosed upon arrival to prevent confusion with staff and other guests.
  • Delta Lodging LLC maintains its own pet/animal policies while ensuring full ADA compliance.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Pets must be leashed or contained in carriers when outside the room.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages caused.
  • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in additional charges or removal from the property.

LAUNDRY

Alaska Frontier Inn provides complimentary self-service laundry facilities and detergent for registered guests.

Guest Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Please be mindful of cleaning staff who may still be working.)

Access: Laundry facilities are located on both levels. Access codes are provided in your welcome sheet or at the front desk.

Guidelines:

  • Machines are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Please remove laundry promptly to allow other guests to use the machines.
  • Be courteous and keep the area clean.

PARKING POLICY

Private parking is complimentary and limited to one space per room reservation. If you require an additional space, please contact administration in advance to check availability.

Additional Parking Information:

  • Parking for oversized vehicles, trailers, or RVs may be limited and must be arranged prior to arrival.
  • Visitor parking is subject to availability and may have restrictions.
  • The Alaska Frontier Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.

DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to Delta Lodging properties caused by themselves, their guests, or anyone under their responsibility (including pets and children).

In the event of damage, guests will be required to cover the full cost of repair or replacement. Charges will be assessed based on the extent of damage and the cost of repairs.

Damage Reporting: Guests should report any damages immediately to hotel staff to avoid additional complications.

Examples of Damages: This includes, but is not limited to, broken furniture, stained carpets, and any damage to walls, fixtures, or appliances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Delta Lodging is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, personal emergencies, travel changes, or any other event.

  • If a booking is canceled 30 or more days before arrival, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • If a booking is canceled 14 days to 30 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • If a booking is canceled 0 days to 14 days before arrival, no refund will be issued and the cost of the entire booking will be held by the property.

A cancellation confirmation will be provided upon successful cancellation.
